I’m not sure what it was about this tree that caught my attention. It could have been its wild golden “tresses” flowing in the breeze. It could have been its crazy crooked branches. It could have been that its under layer of ivy reminded me of under arm hair. It could have been all of the above. But it stood out, like a sore thumb, in a highly developed area like the hot mess that it is.

Talk about a challenge! I consider this mildly successful shot of sunflowers in droplets to be a major coup! I've been wanting to create an image like this one for a while. It took several exposures to get this. The rest of them that I took trying to improve upon this were totally unsuccessful. I'll try again another day.
